We bought a 5 L Dair**** Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream for our Christmas dinner, but what we received looked more like 2 L—partially melted, crystallized, and unevenly frozen (see photos). We went straight home from the shop, so it couldn’t have melted during transport.
We reported this to Dair**** in early January, sent all requested photos and details, and were promised feedback within 2 weeks. Months later, after numerous follow-ups, we’ve heard nothing.
This is extremely disappointing. Not only was the product far below expectations, but the lack of response from the company makes it feel like they don’t care about their customers.
