We bought a 5 L Dair**** Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream for our Christmas dinner, but what we received looked more like 2 L—partially melted, crystallized, and unevenly frozen (see photos). We went straight home from the shop, so it couldn’t have melted during transport. We reported this to Dair**** in early January, sent all requested photos and details, and were promised feedback within 2 weeks. Months later, after numerous follow-ups, we’ve heard nothing. This is extremely disappointing. Not only was the product far below expectations, but the lack of response from the company makes it feel like they don’t care about their customers.
SO disappointed, first experience was good but the last experience I have been trying to get a loan since 12 Jan be following up emails...calls... just to get an answer eventually today that its too close to payday
Absolutely disgusted. This is now every months problem and i cant even get rain to phone me back i pay my account on the 25th come the 1st then my account shos i am overdue and they cut my service! Cant deal with this anymore!
I am utterly disgusted with the service from rain I have had issues a few times where my account was wrongfully suspended due to Rain putting my account in arrears when it is not. I am now sitting with the same situation and they have YET AGAIN suspended my service after I have been battling now for a few days to get a hold of the billing department to fix it in order for my service not to be suspended I even sent them a reconciliation of my account with screenshots of pyaments and now that I want to cancel I cant even get a hold of someone to do that!!
I am in absolute dismay at this point/ After what has been about 40 calls and 30 emails my partner Hanlize Visser is still waiting to get feedback from the fund for the bank verification on the app to be approved. it has been 2 weeks no. Mostly their phones don't get answered. We got through 3 times out of 40 and one reply back on all the emails sent. absolutely disgraced with the service and these are people that are responsible for a provident fund. what happens when we claim on retirement, we might not even receive our funds😡
Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Delano and the Boodle team for the excellent, efficient and kind service. They went above and beyond to help me with my loan application and getting it approved. I can truly attest that Boodle is always there to assist and truly have your back. As an existing customer for quite some time now I have always had great service with them and can definitely recommend their services.
