Poor complaint handling process and follow up

I lodged a complaint with dairy**** about a piece of wood I found in my jive ice-cream sometimes beginning of April, on the 8th of April I sent through pictures the show the piece was not coming from the ice cream stick but a foreign object. I followed up with them on email and on their Facebook page to no avail

This is highly unacceptable as this could have gone bad had i not noticed the object on time, if they don't fix their controls it can turn very ugly, never buying their ice creams again
