I lodged a complaint with dairy**** about a piece of wood I found in my jive ice-cream sometimes beginning of April, on the 8th of April I sent through pictures the show the piece was not coming from the ice cream stick but a foreign object. I followed up with them on email and on their Facebook page to no avail This is highly unacceptable as this could have gone bad had i not noticed the object on time, if they don't fix their controls it can turn very ugly, never buying their ice creams again
I have been with pineapple for 6 months now and honestly speaking it has been the worst experience with them. On their adverti*****ts they claim that their excess is upto R16000, 3 months ago they took my excess amount to R18000 without consulting with me first, because where the hell will i take R18000 should I have to claim. I spoke to a consultant, she didn't do much to help or try to convince me to stay with them. Right now I am begging for them to cancel my contract, I am being ignored on WhatsApps and email, right now I am forced to dispute their debit orders for the last three months because I am unable to reach them to follow cancelation in proper manner. Now I am thinking to myself, what if I had a claim, would I still be ignored like this? I would recommend this insurance to anyone!!!
I ordered an s24+ online on a contract deal and an s23 was delivered to me, I tried calling MTN costumer service numbers to arrange for the issue to be resolved, non of numbers are answered, I sent an email, they asked for my ID number and that was the end of their response. It is appauling that I now have to struggle without a phone and the service provider MTN doesn't seem to care. Furious. This is really causing a inconvenience for me because I urgently need a phone
