Collusion and *******ion at its finest!!! Dont ever work with them

I wish i could rate with a zero. Sales reps colude with staff and offer them vouchers and incentives to sign on deals with them. We had a staff member put us in serious debt by signing us into a contract with them and when we try to cancel the contract there is no possible way out as all their companies are linked together. when questioning them they go into full on defence. They are also linked with assetfin finance and smart office connexion and all their contracts are linked. you cant cancel one without the other and the have ridiculous settlement amounts. they resigned us with the exact same printers and devices for a second 5 year period and to get out we have a ridiculous settlemement of about R1.5 million. Never do business with them.
