Dont ever use them!! *******ion at its finest
I wish i could rate with a zero. Sales reps colude with staff and offer them vouchers and incentives to sign on deals with them. We had a staff member put us in serious debt by signing us into a contract with them and when we try to cancel the contract there is no possible way out as all their companies are linked together. when questioning them they go into full on defence. They are also linked with daisy business solutions and smart office connexion and all their contracts are linked. you cant cancel one without the other and the have ridiculous settlement amounts. they resigned us with the exact same printers and devices for a second 5 year period and to get out we have a ridiculous settlemement of about R1.5 million. Never do business with them.

Never do business with them.

Hi, I recently purchased a number of products from the PnP Hyper by the sea only to find out a few days later that most of the items were off or turning off despite still having a sufficient expiry date. Unfortunately for me I had thrown away the receipt as most of the items were perishables and looked good in their packaging and we have never had an issue with any of the other branches. Here's s list of everything that was off, and it was mostly the stuff that was on special. 2 pieces of wagu steak which was vacuum sealed - approx R200. 2 x bliss yogurt (2 for R60) 2 x tropika (2 for R50) And today i just opened the ostrich mince and i see that its off. That is another approximate R80. So thats R400 worth of wasted goods that could not be used. I am really disappointed at the quality of food from your branch, like i said i have never had an issue with the other branches. I believe that you have a major quality control issue in your store and possibly the refrigeration or lack thereof of fresh products. I certainly will not recommend anyone to purchase from your store considering our recent experience. Extremely disappointed
