Damelin/Educor Refund
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Damelin College/Edocor.
On 30 March 2023, I paid the full year’s school fees. Sadly, the student passed away just two days later. I immediately informed the college and submitted all the required supporting documents for the refund process.
It has now been years, and I still have not received the refund. Every time I follow up, I am told that “the systems are down,” with no proper resolution, communication, or accountability.
This has been an emotionally draining and frustrating experience during an already difficult time for my family. I expected far more compassion, professionalism, and urgency from an educational institution.
I sincerely hope this matter is finally resolved and that no other family has to go through the same experience.

Every time I follow up, I receive the same response that they are “still working on the matter,” but there has been no actual progress.What is even more frustrating is that the refunds department staff keep changing, and whenever a new person takes over, I am asked to resend the same application documents repeatedly. This ongoing delay, lack of accountability, and poor communication have made an already painful situation even more stressful and emotionally draining.I have been patient for far too long and now require urgent feedback and resolution regarding this matter. I expected much more professionalism, compassion, and efficiency from an educational institution.
