Disappointed and annoyed - wrong account allocation

Registration errors leading to garnish messages to the wrong person. So I studied with Damelin few years ago and my studies were paid by my employer, I graduated and left Damelin.

Later on another student from my company went to study with Damelin what they did, they added her under my profile and it so happen that her studies where not paid.

I got a call from their Account Clerk telling me about the error and asking for the company's details and I gave her the details.

7 years down the line today, Damelin goes and submit my name and ID for some garnesh like really?????
