Broken table

Good Afternoon

I bought 6 chairs and a table in 2018, and 2018/9 i contacted the sales lady who was assisiting me and told her that 1 chair was loose, and the table is not ok as well, but she kept on saying they will send their truck to collect the items. January/February 2020 i tried again to send her emails but there is no response. Last night the table broke, when can they come and fetch it to fix it or replace it.
