Settlement
I received a call from DMC to settle the truworths account. I agreed and they said I must pay R6000 that is the settlement amount tht I can pay in 3months. But I hv to do it via debit order. I don't want to pay it via debit order. I want to deposit it in their account and they can send me a settlement letter. I want to pay R6000 to settle it and my credit profile can be updated

standard bank home loan
The law has stateted that the primary memebr of the joint bond must be removed but the bank is tellng me a different story, now i am busy paying for someone who is not contributing, why must i apply for a new bond for just taking out my ex husband name on the bond, this is really not fair at all.
