Danmar is useless

I took my car in for repairs at the Danmar autobody in Boksburg a month ago. The repairs on my car weren't that bad, they ordered the parts before my car arrived. they were suppose to take out the damaged parts and replace them with the new ones. When the repairs started they told me they needed to get authorization for additional parts, they only realized that after a few weeks with my car in their possession. so we waited for the parts for about two weeks to arrive, when I phoned to check on the progress on my car. they didn't answer the phone, I drove there to find an empty workshop with only the manager Lee present. The penal beater had shutdown with my car in their possession. They didn't even inform the insurance about the shutdown, I had to inform my insurance. They made the arrangement to move my car to the danmar in JHB with all the parts. The Danmar auto in JHB waited for about another week for my documents before they could do any work to my car. Whenever I phone to check on the progress, they tell me the car is in assembly, its been it assembly for the whole week. I phoned again today and the lady said they only have two guys in their assembly department. I'll be glad the day my car is returned to me and once I do get my get back im changing insurances. it seems Oakhurst is happy with this shady penalbeater.
