HAIR LOSS

I need to lodge a huge complaint. I am deeply traumatized after purchasing one of your hair products to relax my hair. I am a regular Revlon Dark and Lovely user I bought Dark and Lovely Precise Diamond Regular relaxer and as soon as I app**** the relaxer I felt a very bad burning sensation. I immediately rushed to rinse my hair and noticed chunks if my hair falling out. I first thought nothing of it but the more I washed the more the hair fell out. I scalp burned so bad and I had bald patches and I had to shave my hair off. I have talked videos and photos this as I am deeply traumatized by me losing my hair in such a terrible I am attaching photos and videos of this horrible experience.
