Absolutely disgusting work ethic!!

I was interested in a used car from CHM Datcentre Durban, I went to look at the vehicle yesterday 10/02/2015. Made a verbal agreement that i would take the car once i could test drive the vehicle as it was in the repair shop due to failing COR. Gibson assured me the vehicle would be back the same day and that he would call me to set up the test drive.<br> <br> Without even contacting me the car was sold right from underneath me. How in the hell can you call yourself a manager or sales person if you do business like this? Surely the fact that the car was in the shop and couldn't be test driven and the fact that i said i wanted the car i just wanted to test drive it means that it is not available for other sales people to sell?<br> <br> I honestly feel that your company is a joke, you should train your managers and sales people correctly!<br> If you are looking for quality service do not bother going to Datcentre Durban!
