Soooo bad! Our gyeser burst and Momentum sent Dave Miller Plumbers to replace it. Firstly, they were late. They replaced the geyser on Saturday morning, but it did not heat up. Couldn't reach them. After a huge struggle, Momentum reached them and they came on Sunday morning (late again) to check the geyser. Again, it didn't work (an electrical problem, even though the previous geyser had no electrical problem). Tried to message, WhatsApp and call their after-hours number, but there was no reply. Phoned Momemtum again. Was told that we have to phone the claims department on Monday. Plumber did not answer their after hours number. Dave did not ebven have the courtesy to reply to my voicemail on his personal number. My WhatsApps, SMSs and emails were ignored (and still remain unanswered). En electrician was sent by Momentum on Monday. The plumbers failed to connect a wire, leaving us without hot water for an entire weekend. I don't understand why Momentum would use such shoddy plumbers, especially looking at the number of bad reviews.
