I went to the dental today as they've given me today's date but instead I received a very bad treatment from the fat white lady that works in the dental department, she was so ******, pointing fingers at me and even threatening to call the police on me for standing up for myself and telling her to stop pointing her fingers at me and the doctor then intervened and said I'm being stupid, just imagine, they're both white, they even switched to Afrikaans saying some racial things thinking that I can't hear them. They then changed my date to tomorrow and I didn't go to work today since my date was today... Now at work they're waiting for a sick note I don't even have. They're so unprofessional. They said I must be there by 07:30 in the morning and I arrived at 07:20am and that white lady says I'm lying I've just arrived even after explaining to her that I've been waiting in the waiting room since I didn't know that I wasn't supposed to wait in there que I was supposed to walk straight to the dental department... And the secu are guy that told me to sit on the bench when I tell that he didn't tell me that I must go straight to the dental department instead of waiting in the bench he straight up said, it's my first time seeing you, you've never asked me anything, I don't know you that time I told him that I'm here to extract my teeth. I'm very disappointed in them all even the other black nurse that security guy took me to, she had a stinky attitude that matched that ugly face of hers. It's just that I didn't catch their names. I was going to name them...

On Tuesday I took my son to this clinic because he had a stomach bug. He was committing and had a running stomach on Monday, I gave him motswako at home and he became a little better. Tuesday the nurse that assisted us only gave him 2 sachets of dehydration and a zinc syrup that he was supposed to drink for 2 weeks. My son got sick again on Wednesday and Thursday my husband had to take him to Unjani clinic where he got an injection and medication. Are we not supposed to get good assistance and medication from government clinics. I am not happy not with the help from our clinic. Their service is quick but they are stingy with medication and they don't even properly check the child.

Very disappointed in Nurse Sophie in room 20 who deals with family planning. Not only was I the only one who complained but her stinky attitude and rudeness was beyond my comprehension. She cannot treat people like dogs and I even told her to not speak to me in that way and she added “she doesn’t have the whole day” and these are people we put out lives in their hands. Very disappointed and I wish something can be done to people like her because one day, she will jeopardise someone’s health. Very disappointed

Hi there I writing this with great dissapointment about service from Dawn park clinic. The service there is horrible , i went there yesterday for myself and my son both of us are coughing and was hoping to get help but we only spent 6 hours there to be given only anti-biotic for my son and allergex tablets for me. I always heared horrible report about that clinic and first time experience was bad cause i was told the clinic have only 3 nurses and 1 reported sick and it was a Monday and we spend 4 hours to to be assisted but after complaining. So yesterday when i went to room 1 to be assisted by the nurse so called Esther who she said is the head of the clinic, we got in an unnecessary argument with her. The lady is so rude and does not have leadership qualities or skills. She told me that government clinic and hospital does not give cough syrup of which i did get one on the first visit in April and i was suprised that now they don't issue them. The lady ask me stupid questions like how does one treat covid19 and i told her that i only know of stemming and she said there are more other ways of treating it and i told her i don't since i was never infected by Covid 19. I asked her if there was a way that she can help and she said no since they don't give out cough syrup and she went on to say i must buy honey and lemon juice and i told her that i don't have money to buy those things now and that's why i came to the clinic. She asked me if i'm earning R350 social grant and i told her no i don't as i'm working and she said that's better. I then told her that i don't always have money especially on this period of the month and one cannot predict on when one will be sick. She said that clinic is not social development place and i should report this there and she has a purpose of being at the clinic. I then told her that clinic is for the sick and she should not be mentioning social develpoment and when we come at the clinic we need medical assistance. I went on to say our argument is unnecessary as we wasting time since my son was coughing hard and i needed to go home after spending hours there to be assisted. I also told her that she does not have to shout at people especially patients and more importantly as a leader she can be more polite and friendly. She then said she can't change her charector for me that's how she is and must she lift me up to show that she is friendly. I told her that if she explained to me nicely that clinic does no longer issue cough syrup and she will only be giving me tablets to ease the coughing pains i would have understood. She runs the clinic like it's her own tuck shop. There is only 3 nurses working in there and that does not bother her. The generator is not working since there was loadshedding and i think a place like clinic need to have power at all times and the other thing is that patient wait outside the clinic in the cold before the clinic can operate which is my first time seeing this(gates should be opened for patients to atleast be in the yard and have a sort of shade where rain or cold weather cannot get them. Esther is a definition of a bad leader and Dawn park clinic is bad because of her. If she is not addressed nothing will come right. I so hate that clinic because of her and pity is that some of her workers are very helpful and knows why they are there.

There is a guy by the name of Terra at dawn park clinic, he is very helpful with a lot of energy. I wish him continued success with the clinic, most of the nurses too, are working with smiles on their faces. Terra, may the good Lord continue to bless you. Don't stop taking care of all those who need medical attention.

Dawn Park Clinic is a perfect example of black people treating each other like ****. So disappointing. Sadly we can not have it closed because our poor people need the service but its so sad to see black people treating other black people like dogs.

My name is Katlego and I'm one of the community members of dawn park and concerned about the idea of letting patients wait outside the gate regardless of the weather condition or patients state especially if waiting from 6:30am till 8am for nurses to come in and take their time for preparation and all its not nice at all...
