I have an unlimited unshaped internet package with the company. The package uses an mtn sim card and it uses dimension data access point.
This is my forth month using the service. During the first 2 months the internet was fines but last month on the 25 my internet stopped working , i logged a call and they told me to reset my settings, i did so but that did not resolve the issue. I then had to privately buy data in order to continue working.
on the 1st of February the internet started working again. On the 25 February the internet stopped working again and i am now using data that i again bought privately.
Can Day.co.za please sort out my internet
