I bought a phone at Total sports Westgate around November 2023 and added insurance. I then had a theft of the cellphone on the 2nd march 2023 I laid a claim and the claim was rejected The reason is i left the phone in the car I left the phone there for its safety but apparently that is not covered I decided to go though the policy documents with a fine comb and if found the below statement ------ If the Damage, loss or theft happens while the Device is not in the possession of the Device User, regardless of how long it is not in the possession of the Device User; ---- This means they will never pay out your claim unless you are ****** I consider this very poor and bad service from the insurer I will consider whether or not to close my TFG Account

I have an unlimited unshaped internet package with the company. The package uses an mtn sim card and it uses dimension data access point. This is my forth month using the service. During the first 2 months the internet was fines but last month on the 25 my internet stopped working , i logged a call and they told me to reset my settings, i did so but that did not resolve the issue. I then had to privately buy data in order to continue working. on the 1st of February the internet started working again. On the 25 February the internet stopped working again and i am now using data that i again bought privately. Can Day.co.za please sort out my internet
I made a claim and they rejected the claim they then towed my car from first help roodepoort to Auction Nation. 100 Doddington Street, Witfontein, Kempton Park --FOR NO REASON Who told them to move the car? This is just a **** insurance, now they want my car to be ****** by Auction Nation. you promised to tow my car to my house now you tell me nonsense
I placed an order on the makro website on the 4 th vonember 2022 i chose the Pargo delivery, i got the sms and was late to fetch my order then my order was taken back and thats when the issues started. till today i have not received my order, i am not happy at all my order is MAK3992491

I am very unhappy with the Westgate Post Office in roodepoort. My item has been there since the 27 November 2018. I tried calling them with no avail, no one answers and my item just sits there without being allocated a slip number. I suspect the parcel has been stolen. Someone please help
