I'm very disappointed with tfg and monitors administrators since Feb 2025 to date I'm paying two device insurance it's made a claim my claim was declined reason was I canceled which I never did i even sent them proof of my monthly statement I am the one making follow up they don't care about their customer also a request was made to check the imei numbers of the device insured it's more than a week still waiting for feedbank

I have been waiting for my claim to be processed for a month now, and I am still waiting. The issue is that I have contacted and emailed every department, but they just don't bother to respond. I am at a point where I decided to go and use their account to buy a new phone and stop paying the account. Since they can't refund me the money I have paid over the years, I will use up the account balance and discontinue payments. As long as I won't need a good credit score in the future, I will just save that money and buy everything in cash. Just don't bother signing up for their Insurance when they try to convince you, for your own good, check reviews for other insurers, you will regret it. I am regretting now for signing up and paying my monthly instalments on time.

I have been waiting for my claim to be processed for a month now, and I am still waiting. The issue is that I have contacted and emailed every department, but they just don't bother to respond. Hi. I have claimed my lost device since the 3rd Feb and nothing has been said or done till this day. I had to call them for a query and I was told " it takes a long time to process a claim as we still gathering some more information "- that was on the 18th February. I am very disappointed and frustrated in the service I am getting because I have been paying my premiums for more than 6 years, but when I have to claim in times of difficulties, I need to wait for the whole month. I feel like this is not fair, especially since I don't have a phone currently am depending on borrowing people's phones even to have my duties Done at work. This is the worst service provider to be honest... Please assist.

I am very disappointed and irritated with TFG Insurance and MonitorSA taking advantage of my 80yr old mother, she’s being paying insurance for this phone only to be told that the phone was not in her use, she’s 80yrs old for crying out loud, and she bought the phone for her grandson, and she was supposed to be verbally told that fine prints Also I had to be the one to make follow ups because the *********** consultant Noxolo Sibisi, for me she is just a liability to your company.

I am absolutely appalled by the shocking level of customer service I have received. A so-called team leader/supervisor, Mthokozisi Otto Gigaba, conducted himself in a manner that was insulting, arrogant, and outright dismissive. For someone in a leadership position, his behaviour was completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. When I requested to escalate the matter and speak to a supervisor, he refused outright effectively blocking any attempt at accountability. I am assisting my 75-year-old aunt with her claim because your organisation continues to hide behind acronyms and technical jargon she cannot reasonably be expected to understand. Instead of providing clarity and support to an elderly client, your team has sent her from pillar to post with no meaningful assistance. It feels as though there is a deliberate effort to delay and avoid resolving this matter. This claim has been pending for nearly three months with absolutely no progress. Numerous emails have been sent to multiple consultants as well as your claims distribution team — all ignored. We have made repeated follow-up calls and have been given empty promises of call-backs that never happen. The lack of response is not only negligent but disrespectful. The service we have received is disgraceful. It reflects a complete failure in leadership, accountability, and basic customer care. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and frustration, particularly to a 75-year-old client who deserves patience, clarity, and respect — not arrogance and indifference.
