Hi. I have claimed my lost device since the 3rd Feb and nothing has been said or done till this day. I had to call them for a query and I was told " it takes a long time to process a claim as we still gathering some more information "- that was on the 18th February. I am very disappointed and frustrated in the service I am getting because I have been paying my premiums for more than 6 years, but when I have to claim in times of difficulties, I need to wait for the whole month. I feel like this is not fair, especially since I don't have a phone currently am depending on borrowing people's phones even to have my duties Done at work. This is the worst service provider to be honest... Please assist.
I placed an order on the 14th December and today its the 28th December and i still havnt received my parcel yet which was supposed to be a Christmas gift for someone. The sad part is that the agents kept calling me every hour when i told them am still deciding on the purchase.. Now when i call to follow up on my order they drop my call... Today i called and asked to cancel the order they just hung up on me again... I regret placing an order and trusting you guys with my personal information
I went to KFC with my family. Bought food and soft drinks. So unfortunately the drinks weren't available on that day we were then told to come another time to collect them.. I went there and asked politely to be assisted. The lady by the name of Andiswa shouted on top of her voice as loud as she could, made a laughing stock out of me in front of my daughter and told me to be serious about life and also said that's an old thing... So my question is why was the meals sold to us because there wasn't enough stock. So that's the kind of behavior I get when I do what they said I should do. The manager also came and he just starred at the lady and said nothing.. I always heard people complaining about rudeness of KFC staff. Today I experienced it myself... Thank you

When this business was introduced to me I was promised excellent professional services. But now I am experiencing the opposite of what I was promised. I ordered stock on the 10th of Aug and I still havnt received my order yet. Most of my customers have already canceled their orders due to my incompetence. I have sent emails doing follow up. I can't get out of the house to go look for new business hoping that they will deliver. Right now I am leaving the province in a weeks time since I do not afford to pay rent anymore. I am still waiting for you guys to deliver or refund my money so that I can start another new business because already I am working on a loss. Covid 19 has affected all of us not only you guys. If you can't handle huge loads of orders then please don't take more orders and peoples hard earned money until you have sorted out your current sales. Thanks in advance.
