Absolutely Disappointed in the service that we received, after it all started out so great. My 65" Smart TV was damaged at delivery or before then, i am not sure, and the screen is cracked and therefore we don't have a TV anymore. We contacted the DBN Moving Company, and made a claim for the damage done to our TV.
They then informed us that it takes 7 to 10 working for the investigation, i am not sure what they need to investigate, as the TV is broken, and was clearly dropped.
The state of my other furniture is also shocking, these guys that they employ obviously only do it for the money, and dont give a damn about your hard earned stuff.
All i am asking is for some sort of feedback, as to when my TV will be replaced, i send emails and whatsapps and it all just gets ignored now.
REPLACE MY TV!!!!!!!
