HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Absolutely Disappointed in the service that we received, after it all started out so great. My 65" Smart TV was damaged at delivery or before then, i am not sure, and the screen is cracked and therefore we don't have a TV anymore. We contacted the DBN Moving Company, and made a claim for the damage done to our TV. They then informed us that it takes 7 to 10 working for the investigation, i am not sure what they need to investigate, as the TV is broken, and was clearly dropped. The state of my other furniture is also shocking, these guys that they employ obviously only do it for the money, and dont give a damn about your hard earned stuff. All i am asking is for some sort of feedback, as to when my TV will be replaced, i send emails and whatsapps and it all just gets ignored now. REPLACE MY TV!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THEM - ****MERS!!!
DO NOT USE MEGA SHIFT LOGISTICS OR DBN MOVING COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They left my patio table in dbn two months ago and I have to keep phoning them about it. It is supposedly at their Johannesburg warehouse. Besides this, they took forever to fetch my furniture from westbrook and we had to wait two days extra for them to deliver. When they got here, of my furniture was damaged, and because it was a part load, they had another persons deep freeze that still had meat in so all the blood ran out onto some of my furniture and my plants. Take my advice and stay far away from them and MEGASHIFT LOGISTICS their sister company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They use their “sister” company Megashift Logistics then blame them for all the problems. We have been waiting for more than a month for our patio table that was left by their “sister” company in Durban. Not one of the companies has tried to get the table, which is supposedly at the Johannesburg branch of mega shift. I have to keep phoning them and u get fed lies ALL THE TIME!!!

Feeble Furniture Delivery
If you want lack of communication about delivery of your goods especially when said delivery is late , and feeble responses when you call irate to just get information about what is happening with your goods as no updates provided, Then use these guys at your own peril. Goodluck,

Nqobi and Dumi of DBN Moving Company are superb
We moved a bunch of furniture from Howick to 3 addresses in Johannesburg. While the vehicle was quite late and we only just made the 10pm curfew back to Jo'burg with literally 5 minutes to spare, the 2 heavy lifters who carried our stuff into the 3 homes did AN ABSOLUTELY SUPERB JOB and took great care not to scratch any wood or chafe any leather or ding any fridge or washing machine in the process of squeezing through doors and climbing stairs. Their names are Nqobi and Dumi. If you are doing a move with DBN Moving Company, try to get these two guys on your truck. My sister and I gave them a little bonus for being so diligent (which they were very surprised to receive and showed their appreciation) and I hope they are gifted with little rewards by everyone who appreciates their efforts.
