App**** for a Sanlam money saver credit card on the 16th of May 2025, was approved and promised that the card will be delivered withing 7 working days. I am on day 9 now, and when you phone to ask what is happening then they are full of excuses and when you phone CCD Couriers then they havent even received any card details or anything. I WANT MY CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely Disappointed in the service that we received, after it all started out so great. My 65" Smart TV was damaged at delivery or before then, i am not sure, and the screen is cracked and therefore we don't have a TV anymore. We contacted the DBN Moving Company, and made a claim for the damage done to our TV. They then informed us that it takes 7 to 10 working for the investigation, i am not sure what they need to investigate, as the TV is broken, and was clearly dropped. The state of my other furniture is also shocking, these guys that they employ obviously only do it for the money, and dont give a damn about your hard earned stuff. All i am asking is for some sort of feedback, as to when my TV will be replaced, i send emails and whatsapps and it all just gets ignored now. REPLACE MY TV!!!!!!!

I have had this same problem with you last year, it was fixed and now again. I am getting declined for vehicle finance because of your incompetence. I can't see how creditors take your report seriously as you keep reporting false information. I WANT MY CREDIT REPORT FIXED AND MY SCORE UPDATED ACCORDINGLY NOW!!!!!! I AM WAITING FOR A CALL FROM EXPERIAN SO I CAN SPEAK TO AN EDUCATED INDIVDUAL THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS THEIR WORK AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING
Great Customer Service, i was assisted within 20min of speaking to MiWay, and my car was safely towed home.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ******!!!! I received my below average drone after 2 months of installments. I let them know that i am not happy with the quality of the "dinky" toy i received and i would like to cancel my membership as its obviously a waste of money. They then told me that they have to follow procedure and collect the drone for inspection and will then refund me my 2 payments. So, i received a mail saying that the drone has not passed inspection as its been used...which is obvious. Anyway, i contacted them to find out what's happening with the drone, seeing that i paid for it and i was told, if they send it back to me (used and all) that they will then not be able to cancel the membership. SO I TOLD THEM TO KEEP THE DRONE AND KEEP THE MONEY, JUST CANCEL MYMEMBERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE ******.
How do they allow you to be a credit bureau? Your call center never answer the phones, and when the call does go through, no one ever answers. To get a reply from someone on email is another story. I NEED MY CREDIT PROFILE TO BE UPDATED. YOU HAVE HAD MORE THAN 20 WORKING DAYS TO SORT MY CREDIT PROFILE!!!! I have contacted them a month ago, to clear my credit profile. I have sent all the relevant and requested documents on time as they requested it. I phoned them today, only to be told that another department still have not loaded my sequestration order, so they cant load my rehabilitation order as yet until that is done. I was asked to phone back in 48 hours (business hours). YOU HAD A MONTH TO SORT EVERYTHING OUT, BUT ITS NICER TO SLEEP AT WORK THEN TO ASSIST THE CONSUMER!!!!!! I WANT MY CREDIT PROFILE CLEARED!!!!!!!!
I am trying to contact debt safe to get my clearance certificate, but their phone lines don't work and i cant get through. When you email them they don't have the decency to let you know that they are working on your matter or that they have even received your email. How do we get hold of someone at debtsafe, if the answering service cant even pick up a telephone??? I need Winnie to contact me urgently, or have the decency to reply to my mails and let me know that you actually have received my documents and that you are busy with my clearance certificate. GET BACK TO ME!!!!!!
<p>So i have had my renewed current contract since last year around April, my average bill was around R1500 a month, which included my 2 gig wifi ****le (which is a rip off in its self)... And all of a sudden at the end of March 2016, i received a bill for R6400, I have done nothing out of the ordinary in terms of internet or calls or anything, anycase, I contacted them, and said something is wrong, They informed me that its my data usage (which is NOT true) i only paid a R1000 on my contract, then i received Last months Statement (April 2016), And it was for a Total of R8200.... I WILL NOT BE PAYING IT!!! i contacted Vodacom again on the 09/05/2016, to try and sort out the problem, they gave me a Referance number ( S3-GVL2V-VYBQH) and said they will contact me in 2 days after they've done there investigation.... AND I AM STILL WAITING!!!! I will only be paying the average of R1500 on this account untill Vodacom contacts me with a solution.... I WILL NOT BE PAYING R8200... SO, I AM WAITING FOR you VODACOM...PHONE ME!!!!!!!!</p>
So I applied for a woolworths credit card, I got a message to collect it from Northgate, which I did on Monday, on Tuesday I tried to pay a purchase with the card, and it was declined (VERY EMBARASING) , I phoned woolworths who then said, its because they sent me another card to the store and I should collect it on Wednesday morning (today), I collected it, I went out to the shop again, and it was declined AGAIN!!!! this time because the card is expired, I only received the card today!!! WTF!!!!<br> <br>
