Worst delivery service provider. I ordered an order tried to contact them to have the re call my gate to deliver. Couldn't reach them. Ordered the exact same order which was then miraculously delivered within like 5 minutes. Call them to ask about refund about the failed delivery (which truth be told was not failed coz they actually delivered it.), then told no I can't get a refund ? Mean while they practically delivered that exact delivery!!!!
If you want lack of communication about delivery of your goods especially when said delivery is late , and feeble responses when you call irate to just get information about what is happening with your goods as no updates provided, Then use these guys at your own peril. Goodluck,
I purchased an online voucher for a friend worth R1000. She now has been trying to purchase using these vouchers and they say they don't exist. When you go to the website and contact the contact numbers available- all they say is "sorry it has new owners, I don't have their details". When you leave a not on the contact form, no one gets back to you. When you call the numbers it's just voice mails and no answers. Shocking service. Don't think I would encourage any expectant or present mum to purchase with Kidsemporium online of this is the stress you must deal with.
Ordered one of their canvas prints special in May, it’s August and am still waiting. You get updates from the team that there are delays to be expected. But gosh 3 months is a bit much. They clearly cannot handle the amount of business they are accepting. ....was patient with the process but am honestly slowly running out of patience. Hoping this is not a scam and that I do eventually get this order delivered...only orders with Canvas It if you have bucket loads of patience.

I tried to make an online order for Mr Delivery, lo and behold their website was failing to load my order.<br> <br> I then called the call centre,who took my order, confirmed my delivery address and then took my money.<br> <br> 5 minutes later I am called by Mr Delivery Bryanston and told in a very rude non-chalant apathetic unapologetic tone that the restaurant doesn't deliver to my area-even though I have ordered from Mr a delivery in the past and had it delivered to me. They then very casually expect me to correct their error and waste even more of my time, trying together a reversal of the amount R300 odd they hadnt hesitated to charge on my card.<br> <br> I then ask to speak to one very rude Wnnie Rikhotso apparently an \assistant manager".
