Good day, On 1/10/2024 we came to your store around 10am. We drove with a plugged tire for 8 months following our move from Durban to Lonehll Sandton. My eldest son visited us over the weekend and insisted we go to Tiger Wheel and Service as he was concerned about our safety. We were happy to go to Tiger Wheel as we always has exceptional service from The Springfield Durban Branch.When we got there Dee came up to our came and we explained the situation with a plugged tyre. I mention that we are both pensioners and re**** on his expertise and guidance. He told us that all 4 tyres needed replacing. He then suggested that we replace the tyres with the same brand Bridgestone or Pirelli. My hubby then asked him some questions, which he answer and we chose the Pirelli. Dee then advised that he would get stock around lunchtime. Then we paid in full. I called at 12.20 and the tyres had not arrived. Called back at 13.11 - advised that tyres on its way. Called at 14.26 and were told to bring our car in. At no time did Dee call us.Took the car in and went into the shopping center. Dee called at 14.59 to ask if he could take the vehicle to Broadacres as their machine was not working - agreed.I then went back around 3.25 and Dee advised that some guy took only the rims and tyres to Broadacres. DEE does not understand the basics of service to "keep the customer informed". 2 other clients were being kept up to date by their service consultants. i was then told car is ready take it by DEE. i drove out and my sensor picked up that the tyre pressure was incorrect on all 4 tyres. Someone else had to assist me to get it right. This was pathetic service and complained to the manager - lost a loyal customer to Tiger wheel and Tyre. Please take this up with Dee and send him for training as your other consultants provided good service to the people they were dealing with.
I was contacted by (Lerato Phatela within 2 minutes with my online enquiry. She was very knowledgeable and explained the entire product to me. She was a pleasure to talk to as she had good listening skills and gave me options to make my decision/ Once again thank you Lerato
Good day I just want to thank Yolande, Adrian, Nqobani and Mnqobi for the excellent service at pickup and delivery. These guys were very helpful and took extra care with our furniture.
