Delays in delivery
My order was picked up by dcb logistics on 23 April and to date I have not received my order. I have called the offices 3 times already and no one knows why the delivery has not been made. When checking the progress of the delivery online, there has not been any updates since the 24 April saying the order is on its way to JHB depo. Your services are declining, we not even getting an SMS regarding the progress.

05 May 2025, 15:08The delivery has still not been made after I was promised it will be done on Monday, called in and spoke to nozipho and the driver said he is on his way and the delivery has not been made.
