My fibre line has been off for since Thursday, when you call regarding the incident logged the only thing their consultants can say a call has been logged, they don't have an update from open serve.
Good afternoon My fibre line has been down since 2 this morning. I have logged a query and called your call centre twice already and had to be on calls for over 12 min at a go. Your consultants say there is an open server fault and they can't give feedback nor give a turnaround time. Which makes me believe that there are no technicians working on this fault as you are also not interested in giving your customers progress update.
Their service is the worst. We had to wait for 3 hours to get serviced for licence renewals. The is the formal queue and the other ones they service for the people they do favours for. Their service is pathetic and seems to get worse year on year The same process at the Kagiso traffic department takes less than 30 minutes
The consultant services and knowledge of the product was awesome and kept me engaged. But could not take the insurance due to the premium
I went to go return items at foschini key west on 29 June, they said they can't refund me in cash but will return the amount back to my bank account and it will be immediate. I checked my banking transactions but the refund is still not processed

My order was picked up by dcb logistics on 23 April and to date I have not received my order. I have called the offices 3 times already and no one knows why the delivery has not been made. When checking the progress of the delivery online, there has not been any updates since the 24 April saying the order is on its way to JHB depo. Your services are declining, we not even getting an SMS regarding the progress. Waybill number: CDS08AF14809
The Adt security at key West are extremely rude, they close the store doors15-20 minutes earlier. Today was the 3rd time getting to the store at 13;46 and they told me the store does not close at 14:00 as per what is displayed on the door. They said 14:00 is their knock of time and by then all customers should not be in the store. We asked for the store manager as we were there just to pay and they said the manager can not come. Please change your store operating times at key West to reflect 20 minutes earlier. And do something about that rude female security with dreadlocks from fidelity who said she does care even if she is reported and we are not the only customers that have been turned away.

Their fibre network is constantly down, reported it from the 1st week of installation and things are not improving. The technician came in and said they installed the modern in the wrong place and that he has recommended that it be moved and nothing has been done. You call Vodacom for cancellations they tell you about close to R4000 in cancellation fees.
