I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from DCB Logistics. My package has been stuck in Johannesburg for more than three days, and in total I have now been waiting well over a week for delivery.
As someone working in the logistics industry myself, I understand delays can happen — but what is completely unacceptable is the lack of communication and absence of customer support. I have attempted to contact DCB Logistics numerous times, yet no one answers the phone, and there is no proactive update or explanation provided regarding the delay.
The overall service experience has been poor, unresponsive, and far below industry standards. As a logistics manager, I can confidently say that this level of operational control and customer care is unacceptable.
I hope DCB Logistics seriously addresses these issues, as consistent communication, visibility, and accountability are the foundation of reliable logistics operations.
