I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from DCB Logistics. My package has been stuck in Johannesburg for more than three days, and in total I have now been waiting well over a week for delivery. As someone working in the logistics industry myself, I understand delays can happen — but what is completely unacceptable is the lack of communication and absence of customer support. I have attempted to contact DCB Logistics numerous times, yet no one answers the phone, and there is no proactive update or explanation provided regarding the delay. The overall service experience has been poor, unresponsive, and far below industry standards. As a logistics manager, I can confidently say that this level of operational control and customer care is unacceptable. I hope DCB Logistics seriously addresses these issues, as consistent communication, visibility, and accountability are the foundation of reliable logistics operations.

Letaba WiFi is, without a doubt, one of the worst service providers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From the start, their service was unreliable, with constant connection drops and speeds that were nowhere near what was promised. Customer service is non-existent – whenever I reached out for help, I either received no response at all or was given completely unhelpful replies. On top of that, their billing system is a nightmare, with overcharges and confusing statements that seem designed to confuse and frustrate. It's clear that they don't value their customers, and their infrastructure is outdated and unable to handle even the most basic usage. I wouldn't recommend Letaba WiFi to my worst enemy, let alone anyone else. Stay far away from them – you're better off looking elsewhere for a reliable and customer-friendly service.
