Property Agreement Dispute

Also wants me to take the responsibility for the subdivision and associated costs which was his responsibility according to the signed contract The attorney that drafted the agreement is not answering calls or emails to confirm the status of the process. It is now 7 months after signing the contract and no response is given</div>
