Poor service
Esmeralda Bosman, an attorney @ DE Beer located in helderkruin Unit5 Wilro park-Heights. She is does not It is concerning that your are not responding to any attempts to contact you. The attorney-client relationship, isn't open and effective and have sought clarification on the communication breakdown but in vain.

Transparency not being maintained and Timelines not met
No transparency, honesty and feedback on timelines specified Seller is not providing any feedback regarding dates of submission of request for subdivision according to due dates specified Attorneys are also not willing to respond to questions relating to the matter Attorneys sent a comms relating to a document to the Town and City Planner without an attachment being sent. I have asked numerous times for this document to be sent to me. It is not being sent to me The subdivision has now been delayed for 8 months and the seller is meant to be given penalties for the delay due to the agreement signed

Property Agreement Dispute
<div>Since my husband passed away 2 days after signing a purchase agreement for the subdivision of a property, the seller has attempted to change the terms of the agreement. Also wants me to take the responsibility for the subdivision and associated costs which was his responsibility according to the signed contract The attorney that drafted the agreement is not answering calls or emails to confirm the status of the process. It is now 7 months after signing the contract and no response is given</div>
