Transparency not being maintained and Timelines not met

No transparency, honesty and feedback on timelines specified

Seller is not providing any feedback regarding dates of submission of request for subdivision according to due dates specified

Attorneys are also not willing to respond to questions relating to the matter

Attorneys sent a comms relating to a document to the Town and City Planner without an attachment being sent. I have asked numerous times for this document to be sent to me. It is not being sent to me

The subdivision has now been delayed for 8 months and the seller is meant to be given penalties for the delay due to the agreement signed
