I was able to upgrade to a Samsung A35 I was supposed to get a R2000 samsung online store voucher with the contract This is not what I received I got a (20%) R300 off when I buy for R1500 and then 15% or 20% off for other brands such a diesel and other clothes brands And then I have to buy for R1000 or R1500 at each company I do not want clothes and I do not have money to buy to qualify for the discount This is unacceptable After my bad experience with the A15 phone where I was promised to get a bluetooth speaker and R250 takealot voucher and did not get it Then being sent from pillar to post and not even the MTN complaints manager has assisted me Clients are being misled
I decided to upgrade with MTN as my current contract is paid. I decided on the Samsung A15 as the website showed that I get a Bluetooth speaker and R250 Takealot voucher with the upgrade contract sign up It decided on the option adding up to a total of R219 per month for 36 months When the consultant contacted me telephonically she went through the entire process of finalising the details When I asked her about the bluetooth speaker and voucher she indicated that it was not available any more. It was only for Christmas I indicated to her that nowhere om the site did it state that other was a Christmas deal She said she would phone be back in 3 minutes time and it is now a week later The customer complaints team also indicated to me that the deal os not available anymore but it has not been removed from the website
Very unhappy with network. Constantly buffering and cutting out. I asked for an upgrade to a 20mbps line and a router to boost signal. I am still waiting for someone to come out to bring me the router and to upgrade the line
I requested the cancellatikn if my contract and would have been cancelled in November 2023 Deductions still went off in December, January and February I requested a refund and have still received no refund I was contacted for the collection of the satellite dish and modem. The technician is only going to collect the satellite dish and modem now at 19:00pm tonight This is very unsafe as we stay on a plot
No transparency, honesty and feedback on timelines specified Seller is not providing any feedback regarding dates of submission of request for subdivision according to due dates specified Attorneys are also not willing to respond to questions relating to the matter Attorneys sent a comms relating to a document to the Town and City Planner without an attachment being sent. I have asked numerous times for this document to be sent to me. It is not being sent to me The subdivision has now been delayed for 8 months and the seller is meant to be given penalties for the delay due to the agreement signed

When being admitted into Flora Clinic for a procedure on 30.10.2023 i receives pre-authorisation from Unity Health for a CT scan and radiology before arriving. I lost my husband two months ago in a farm attack which I was also injured. I am now recovering in the Flora Clinic Highcare unit with pain medication as the procedure I am here for was done yesterday.. i am now expected to pay for the CT scan and x-rays based on letter head with no invoice or details via eft saying I will be receiving invoices later. This is very inconvenient and I feel very unprofessional, saying the are independent from the hospital
Worst service ever. Waited since 6 September for the delivery of my Rain One Modem When the consultant from Rain contacted me, she indicated that I can just show the courier my drivers license and proof of residence on my phone When the courier contacted me this morning 12 September at 11:00, I told him that the address given because the courier company could not find the plot I was staying on the system. That the place I was staying was 2 minutes from this address He said I should send a location but was not able to, so I started walking to him although I did explain where I stayed. I also told him that I could not drive as I was shot in the collar bone and also don't have a car As I was walking he drove past me. Opened his door and said to me "Where is the money". I was very distressed and my daughters as well as we were involved in a farm attack a month ago He then did not want to accept my passport or drivers licence. I then told him to rather just return the modem for a refund as he did not attempt in any way to try to assist me. I phoned the Rain call centre to log a complaint about my experience. They then didn't even try to retain me as a client. Just said they would cancel the Rain modem and give me a refund No empathy or sympathy for what I experienced
I have been trying since April 2020 to cancel insurance with Virseker as I do not own the vehicle that I requested insurance for. I cancelled via email and never received a notification that I should cancel in a different way I was retreched in 2020 and can no longer afford a vehicle They are now saying I was meant to phone after following up numerous times I need to claim back my premiums since April 2020
Worst service Asked for R25 0000 to do kitchen renovations and has only started with the ceiling and did not fix it and then did not do anything else yet It is now a year later and he has not come out to finish the work. Vic Hardiaris stole our money He promised to pay the money back and promised to finish the work and has done nothing to date
