What a bad treatment from this hospital. From the Dr not attending me because the sister forgot me to pressing the emergency button and sister came five minutes later. When I ask the sisters to call the Dr they say even if they call him he is going to say he will come. I guess sisters are sangomas as well as they know what Dr is going to say. I'm sitting here with no medication given to me. The noise in this hospital is on another level. I'm discharging myself now

I was really disappointed in their admin department. I went through an extremely traumatic experience in December where I had to get a sonar, we asked them to email the invoice to us, they did not. I emailed them on the 21st of May with no response. Only received an invoice via automated SMS 10 June, I paid the account, but they sent lawyers to harass me via phone and SMS. This means their admin dept does not do their job and they do not follow up on emails or accounts

When being admitted into Flora Clinic for a procedure on 30.10.2023 i receives pre-authorisation from Unity Health for a CT scan and radiology before arriving. I lost my husband two months ago in a farm attack which I was also injured. I am now recovering in the Flora Clinic Highcare unit with pain medication as the procedure I am here for was done yesterday.. i am now expected to pay for the CT scan and x-rays based on letter head with no invoice or details via eft saying I will be receiving invoices later. This is very inconvenient and I feel very unprofessional, saying the are independent from the hospital
