I was really disappointed in their admin department. I went through an extremely traumatic experience in December where I had to get a sonar, we asked them to email the invoice to us, they did not. I emailed them on the 21st of May with no response. Only received an invoice via automated SMS 10 June, I paid the account, but they sent lawyers to harass me via phone and SMS. This means their admin dept does not do their job and they do not follow up on emails or accounts
I'm posting this publicly to warn everyone. Medical gaslighting at its best. Discovery South Africa why do we pay R7661 a month for you to come with sneaky terms and conditions for me to be admitted to hospital when I'm in a lot of pain? How much pain is enough for you to believe me? We pay a ****load of money a month for something that isn't even your most comprehensive plan... and when we want to use our medical aid you want us to jump through hoops. How can anyone afford a R8000 scan to prove (hopefully) that they're sick or in pain. Why can't you cover something as basic as that? We already had to pay for a sonar out of our pockets. We actually hardly ever use our medical aid, we never go to the hospital but this one time we NEED to go, you fine ways to worm yourself out of paying. Except for the R7661 we pay for medical aid, we also have our car insurance with you as well as home insurance. How much more do you want from us?
This is the 3rd time I've written and complained on behalf of my mom about InspectaCar Gezina. Terrible service. Staff that just dont react on complaints. I am starting to think that the Gezina branch think that they are above what is right and also above InspectaCar as an umbrella brand. Every time we complain it leads to nowhere and we think it is because the branch just doesn't respond to ANYONE about their shortcomings. Just know, if you ever purchase a car from them, they will NOT assist you if anything is wrong. They WILL ignore your messages and calls. They will ignore anyone trying to rectify the matter. They WILL make promises they cannot keep just to sell a vehicle to you. I dont know if any of the other branches are the same, but trust the complaints and reviews you see on Facebook. You could also end up being an unlucky customer. (Just for any social media person reading this, my mom's car wasn't funded by wesbank, it is an InspectaCar problem. Wesbank phoned us, nothing came from it). Aside from my mom, my husband and I are looking to buy a trustworthy second-hand vehicle, we know we WILL NOT find that at InspectaCar.
Writing about Inspectacar Gezina again. They send me a message to ask about the complaint, even phoned me. I sent them a detailed account of what happened. They failed to reply or get back to us. They are stalling for time. If you are planning on buying a vehicle, do your research because places like Inspectacar do not care about what they promise and what you get in return. I honestly think they think if you ignore it it will go away...
Best vet in the Westrand. Top class service and always helping your pet with a smile. They will go out of their way to ensure that you are happy and that your pet is treated with respect and dignity. Also, I have seen Dr. Andrea and her team nurse animals (specifically some of our pets) with very serious, almost fatal health conditions back to health, almost better than before! Dr. Andrea and her team really are the only people I would trust with my sick animals.
Bad service at their Gezina branch. They lie to sell a car to you and when you ask them about it they ignore your calls. We have been trying our best to get the issues resolved but they even lie to their own head office. Don’t support them as they just sell cars to make their profit from you. After that you mean nothing to them and they have absolutely no integrity.
So our dog fell ill in the evening, we phoned a few vets in the area and none were open. We were forced to drive at 12 that evening to the North West After Hours Animal Clinic where we were treated really badly. It's understandable if a company has a cash up front policy but it shows that this clinic has no compassion towards animals and people if the pet's well being is of priority. The vet on duty refused to even have one look at our dog before we paid them a few thousand rand. The rude man then took our dog to his office and he pricked her ear, he knew she was dehydrated but still tried to force blood from her ear for tests. When I asked him if he couldn't get blood from another part of her body he said \I am a vet
