I will get a third party report from a suspension specialist at my cost and advise the outcome. Best regards Cliff Rademeyer +27 82 8870807 Gordons Bay Cape Town South Africa

Subject: RE: 40066326*001*009 Mr Rademeyer PC - COMPLAINT - FEEDBACK FROM CLIENT Good day Any problems he have with the spray work and things he need to take up with the repairer direct. As long as it is in an area they did work on then the p/b are directly responsible to attend and fix it. We cannot use a second Panelbeater as that would mean double the cost. Mr Rademeyer, please take it back to the p/b, point all out, give them a written list of problems and let us see what happens. Unfortunately I can not do this for you, sorry. Subject: RE: 40066326*001*009 Mr Rademeyer PC - COMPLAINT - FEEDBACK FROM CLIENT Good day Lindene Thank you for your time. Regarding the complaint, The front bumper we will attend to, but This vehicle in question, please arrange a time and day and ask the assessor to attend the meeting. So we can sort and settle this all for once please. The complaint must be seen in two parts as some is not the latest accident related but does cause a problem and is a concern for the future. This was pointed out before by Julius and brought under the attention of the assessor. The vehicle was repaired before and was in a relatively big accident. The front was repaired before, front r/s vallance. The front of vehicle is not as measure out. This will be the reason bumper wont algin up properly, headlight and fender. Gaps between fender and door don’t line up, previous accident related. R/frt door keeps catching the right front fender. Door keeps damaging the fender The suspension bushes are worn out. The right front door hinges are worn out, we tried out of courtesy to adjust it before. By taking the bumper off as it is a flaking or paint cracks that appeared, bumper was not replaced but repaired, we will be able to show out also the extend of the work that was done before on the vehicle. Regards Dirk de Jongh

Subject: RE: 40066326*001*009 Mr Rademeyer PC COMPLAINT FEEDBACK FROM REPAIRER Good day Stella, Hishaam & Gerrard Thank you for your time. I would like to make use of the opportunity to show one or more things out. This also the reason I requested the client and the assessor to be here when we remove the bumper. The vehicle as mentioned before, was in a major accident, prior to the client purchasing it. The right-hand side, driver side front end is about 5cm lower than it should be compared to the left side, passenger side. The bumper on the vehicle is the wrong bumper to start with as it is supposed to take headlight washers, these are tucked away behind the current bumper. As current previously repaired bumper does not have these holes for it. The crack in the bumper, in question now, is not a paint crack, it is a crack that was caused by the bumper having a impact from below, please see photos. Bumper been repaired previously it will cause a problem in the long run. As now with the impact from below the filler. At time of accident, there was no damage where the crack is now. The damage on the bumper from client’s accident was mostly on the passenger side. Pls see photos. Question arises now how many times we are going to be kept liable for a bumper that cracks where we did not fix it. I would like to have this clarified for good reason. As can be seen the crack is not accident related or where we have worked before, yet we are kept liable now to repair the crack in the bumper. Subject: RE: 40066326*001*009 Mr Rademeyer PC COMPLAINT FEEDBACK FROM REPAIRER Good day It can clearly be seen the bumper damage is not part of this accident. The previous repair work was not done properly therefore we sit with the door being 5cm lower than the other door. Please see clients track record to determine if someone worked on the car before. The bumper damage might have been caused by parking to close to a pavement etc, and been there for a while without being noticed, and the paint would crack over and over. My suggestion is that the insured live with this or register a second claim for the bumper to be replaced. We can not hold the p/b responsible for things they did not do. neither for damage not being part of the original claim. This is never going to stop. Please discuss with management. Subject: RE: 40066326*001*009 Mr Rademeyer PC COMPLAINT FEEDBACK FROM REPAIRER Good day to all. Just a update. Vehicle was collected by Mr Beyers. He inspected it, was happy with repairs. Julius showed out the signs of vehicle been repaired before. This was the last time we have repaired this bumper at our expense, for the record, as it was not accident related or bad workmanship. But we all want to keep the client happy. Thank you all Regards Dirk de Jongh ..............................................
