DEALZ, THE DISAPPOINTMENT OF PAARL!!!!

My family and I enjoy shopping at dealz but have recently had a very unpleasant experience. We popped in the Paarl branch to purchase a few items. My 5 year old son told us he needs to go to the toilet desperately. My husband asked the manageress if my son can use their toilet quickly but she was rude and abrupt with my husband, she then threw the keys at one of her staff members and said " vat die klong toilet toe". My husband explained that we don't feel comfortable with a stranger taking our son to the toilet and that he wouldn't even go with a stranger because he has a spectrum disorder and will start freaking out and crying. She said nobody is allowed in the back and neither my husband or myself are allowed to take him. My husband told her that a staff member can come with and watch me while I take him but she said there's no way she will allow us to take him and that if we don't like it we must take our son outside to pee by the tree. Needless to say my son ended up urinating in the street while other clients of dealz looked on in disgust.. The way the manageress handled our situation was highly unprofessional. She should not be allowed to handle customers, she is rude, offensive, abrupt, unprofessional and if that's the way she speaks to customers, I can't even imagine how she treats her staff. I wouldn't recommend dealz Paarl to anybody. If you like dealz, rather take a drive out to the Somerset west Branch where you will find friendly professional service.
