Waste of money and time

Debt clear promised to clear the debt review flag on my name in all credit bureaus which has been my struggle for four years. I paid their admin fee in full but they haven’t delivered the service they promised. I can’t even get hold of Nhlanhla who is supposed to be my case manager. I’m back to square one with the frustration of the debt review flag and I’m feeling ******
