DEBTMEND - INEFFICIENT AND POWERLESS WITH CREDITORS

Stay away, please. I cannot begin to describe the inefficiency of this company. When it comes to settling accounts, their outstanding balances are quite different from the creditor's and when questioned about it, they state that DebtMend's monthly statements are merely a suggestion. It has taken me almost a year of trying to settle my accounts with their start-stop communication style. I'm now calling the last creditor myself to try and see whether they even received all the payments I made. I've standing with money in hand, trying to settle the account from March '25.
