Sent a whatsapp message last year August 2025 to check how many months I had left and was advised +-8 months. Sent a whatsapp message on the 5th March 2026 regarding months left and amounts that keeps changing on my statement and No acknowledgement to message and no feedback received.

09 Mar 2026, 11:19Afternoon Mr Baker, I believe the confusion came from using the incorrect WhatsApp number that was used for one of my former employees. (This will explain the reason for no contact) . We had messags transferred for a year to avoid this. However, you may have missed the mail sent when Bongie Left Debt Therapy in 2024.
