Sent a whatsapp message last year August 2025 to check how many months I had left and was advised +-8 months. Sent a whatsapp message on the 5th March 2026 regarding months left and amounts that keeps changing on my statement and No acknowledgement to message and no feedback received.
I bought a everyday ta bundle which states 10 gigs once off (5gigs night owl) . I received 5 gigs anytime and 5 gigs night owl which is misleading. Why does it not state 5gigs anytime + 5 gigs night owl? I would never have bought the bundle.
Every 6 months when going for basic blood tests then Momentum rejects a portion of the claim. All the tests selected by the the doctor is on the red Momentum form. Momentum doesn't even notify me until i get communication from ampath with an outstanding amount due immediately. Why doesn't momentum communicate with members?
Ordered an uber yesterday the driver accepted the trip. I messaged the driver and try to call the driver to advise where the pick up point is and no response. I cancelled the trip which was R150. Ordered another trip and when I checked my statement I had been charged twice!!! Uber support has still not responded. I have had to log a call with the bank to dispute the matter.
Horrible service from your Bash app, ordered two pairs of shoes on 23 Dec and two days later received an email saying they were going to refund me for the one pair because they couldn't find a suitable pair. Why advertise something not in stock? Anyways I made peace with it and collected my pair that arrived at the collection point on Saturday. I get home and it's the wrong colour. Does nobody check the items before sending it. You absolutely wasted my time and I'm put off with the bash app. I will rather stick to Superbalist and Zando. Wouldn't recommend Bash to anyone also emailed support and haven't received feedback.

Every 6 months I go through this issue, the doctor completes the momemtum health 4me form for blood tests, I go and do the test and then a month or two later i get a bill from Ampath with an outstanding amount and it's pointless emailing Momemtum because you don't get a response hence me asking here. Why am I being billed if the tests is listed on the Health 4me form? Is this going to happen again in 6 months? Is Ampath rates more expensive than PathCare and other labs. I have never had to pay any balance before for tests over the years and know of people on the same plan who is also chronic that get tested every 6 months and do not have to pay a balance.
Can't believe I have to post this on Hellopeter with the hopes of getting a response. Bought a 500mb one day bundle yesterday because the wifi was off due to load shedding and paid by Card. Now it's only a R12 bundle but it was needed to so that I could at least be Connected during load shedding. I emailed Vodacom and replied with the authentication answers, it is now more than 24 hours and no response. I then emailed today Tuesday and got a response that their mailbox is full. Good grief. You try and call in and can't speak to someone either. What if this was a R200 or more bundle being purchased and you don't receive your bundle or repsonse to a query.
Momentum Health 4me doesn't respond to emails. Even Ampath lab couldn't get hold of them and eventually emailed me an invoice for blood tests I went for in December 2022. I emailed them and after 3 days of not getting a repsonse I called in and was told they busy with the claim. I have emailed them for a second time on the 31 Jan 22 to enquire on the following "Why is the R247. 80 rejected? Could you please assist with a detailed explanation so that I can understand if its Ampath that's more expensive than other labs or is it the specific tests ordered? All of a sudden I'm having to pay for blood tests every 6 months and just need to understand as the doctor used the Momentum form and my understanding is that tests on the momentum form is covered" Today is the 3 Feb 23 and still no repsonse.
I bought a R100 advance food voucher in August, the payment was not deducted and I contacted Vodapay to inform them several times and now they are adding interest of R30 for it not being paid. They also told me TymeBank is not supported but R1 was deducted to authenticate my card. I have added Std bank, fnb card as a back up and was advised to add money to my vodapay wallet for the R100 to be deducted and still nothing was deducted. It seems that Vodacom wants to charge interest. There is no way to do eft payment and even if you change your card they dont deduct it. To my knowledge everyone that assisted me via chat has not logged a service request which makes me think they want clients to pay interest. I do not recommended Vodapay to anyone. I now have to Pay R130 instead of R100 when I asked for assistance in August when the amount was not deducted. I have livid!!!
