Sent a whatsapp message last year August 2025 to check how many months I had left and was advised +-8 months. Sent a whatsapp message on the 5th March 2026 regarding months left and amounts that keeps changing on my statement and No acknowledgement to message and no feedback received.

09 Mar 2026, 13:19Afternoon Mr Baker, I believe the confusion came from using the incorrect WhatsApp number that was used for one of my former employees. (This will explain the reason for no contact) . We had messags transferred for a year to avoid this. However, you may have missed the mail sent when Bongie Left Debt Therapy in 2024.

29 Apr 2026, 10:33Good day, I never received any email nor a whatsapp that Bongie left your company. There is no proper communication from your side and I am still waiting on feedback. I sent an email on 11 March 2026 requesting the latest statement from FNB. On the 13th March 2026, I received a reply from your staff stating that it will be requested and sent once received! We are heading into May 2026 and I have still not received feedback to my email sent in March 2026. So what is the point of communicating via email and now you want the review removed when you not giving me feedback.

29 Apr 2026, 11:08Balances have been sent to you from Stacey, and as we told you we are not linked directly to any banking systems (This is due to POPIA) We have to rely on PDA statements and as balances depend on the date your accounts are paid, it is impossible to give you an exact figure. However saying that you have this month, next month and the final payment in June which will be adjusted accordingly to settle the remaining balances (Less than your standard instalment). This we will then allow us to issue you with your clearance certificate. As for your comments on Bongie, we do not allow staff to use their private numbers for this exact reason. (They are issued with company WhatsApp numbers to ensure confusions like this do not happen). The number you used could have been just post Covid, which may explain what happened as our systems here updated during this period, but do not want to assume that this was the case.
However, I will not argue the matter further, as it would seem that you have made up your mind (Your 10 comments left on all service providers seem similar). However, on behalf of Debt Therapy and myself personally I apologise for your experience with us.
