When I approached this company in January, I was extremely excited. Just to receive a response from the “assessments” email made me feel as if help had finally arrived and I had made the right decision by reaching out. I started noticing delays in email responses, but I figured a busy crew like was probably way too busy to respond that quickly. Once I paid the balance of the quoted amount for the services. I noticed again the silence. Lack of acknowledgement of receipt of payment, no confirmation. Eventually they called saying they were moving offices and had lost touch with my emails during the move. At this point, I wished to know how many sessions or consultations I was entitled to, but I did not ask because I was promised a soon assessment report session with the financial adviser. By 20 June 2024 I had a call to discuss my Financial Assessment. I was stressed by the findings, which revealed I had more urgent arrears and might not get the help I need but I was promised we would work on this. I have been waiting over a month for the follow up sessions. I have sent numerous emails to the admin staff, the financial advisor and even the CEO with whom I was friends on fb. The CEO has unfriended me from FB. I am ok with this fb accounts are personal/private, the emails to the team are being ignored and today I forwarded to one of their admin emails and I was blocked! We approach these companies because the financial situation is bad in SA and we really require the help but its quite sad this is the service I have received. At this rate all I would want is my refund because there is no service happening. Instead, I am more frustrated being avoided, ignored and now blocked.
