Pathetic service.
I am desperately seeking assistance, I was with debt Busters in 2023. Had issues with the way they were handling my debt and moved over to Debtability Financial Wellness under the care of Martin Snyman. His email is care@debtability.co.za Cell number is 061 964 5028 or 021 001 8014 Initially he was very responsive. Took calls, gave advise and responded to emails. For the past month he is not responding to questions, My creditors continue calling me and I keep sending mails and messages to him. Standard bank has requested to speak to him. He ignores my plea for him to contact them. They have since issued me with Summons even though I am in Debt Review for the past 2 years. He has delayed the court date as he did not request all the necessary information from me on time. He **** to the attorneys that I did not supply him with it. He never asked. I am with him since May 2023 and have not finalized a court order. I have messaged and email so many times.

Treated a **** victim
When I approached this company in January, I was extremely excited. Just to receive a response from the “assessments” email made me feel as if help had finally arrived and I had made the right decision by reaching out. I started noticing delays in email responses, but I figured a busy crew like was probably way too busy to respond that quickly. Once I paid the balance of the quoted amount for the services. I noticed again the silence. Lack of acknowledgement of receipt of payment, no confirmation. Eventually they called saying they were moving offices and had lost touch with my emails during the move. At this point, I wished to know how many sessions or consultations I was entitled to, but I did not ask because I was promised a soon assessment report session with the financial adviser. By 20 June 2024 I had a call to discuss my Financial Assessment. I was stressed by the findings, which revealed I had more urgent arrears and might not get the help I need but I was promised we would work on this. I have been waiting over a month for the follow up sessions. I have sent numerous emails to the admin staff, the financial advisor and even the CEO with whom I was friends on fb. The CEO has unfriended me from FB. I am ok with this fb accounts are personal/private, the emails to the team are being ignored and today I forwarded to one of their admin emails and I was blocked! We approach these companies because the financial situation is bad in SA and we really require the help but its quite sad this is the service I have received. At this rate all I would want is my refund because there is no service happening. Instead, I am more frustrated being avoided, ignored and now blocked.

Effective debt restructuring
I had an issue with them at first that have now been resolved. They are effective at what they do and they did help me get out of debt in a way that I would not have been able to do on my own.

Charging money for months of no services after the account have been suspended
Been having many problems since 2019 with this company. Paperwork net being done, Random dates on my NCR profile. Been placed under debt review 7 months after they ended the debt review process. Now 2 years later they threaten court action for money the claim I owe them after I paid them off in May 2020. They now threaten court action for services rendered from the time after May 2020 after they suspended their services. I have been paying my money directly. I had no invoices from them after Feb 2020. They do not respond to email, they blocked me on Facebook messenger. I CANNOT GET FEEDBACK !!! Yet, they threaten legal action for R6700 of money I know that I do not owe them.

This company spesifically Martin Snyman is victimising me. I already did do a review and then they replied with a threatening tone. Still there is no stop. He out of a sudden sent me an invoice for ????? I dont know what. PLEASE WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THIS PERSON AND THIS COMPANY. They will get you deeper in trouble than ever before. No service, no reply to questions, only threats. Thank heavens I am not part of this anyore.

Refund outstanding
I apply for debt counsalting on the 19 .01 2021 then Martin Snyman told me there is papers outstanding then i send it again.On the 25.01.2021 he told me there is still papers outstanding .I told him to stop this .On the 26.012021 he told he cant not stop this. On the 26.01 .2021 there is n amount of R10900 out of bank .On the 27.01.2021 i fhone him several times no anser.Martin never send n proposal for fnb to paid off my loans and overdraft and creditcard .On the 28.01 2021 there is n debit order from Debth abilty R4600 but there is no money in my bank.On the 30.01.2021 i thry to fhone Matin no anser. On the 01.02 2021 to the 09.02 2021 thry to get hold of Martin he said to he will come back to me. I am looking for a papers 7.2 to stop

BAD BAD BAD DEBTABILITY (MARTIN SNYMAN)
Bad, bad, bad. Martin is not even corresonponding on requests. I would have never went with him if I knew that he is such a bad consultant. He is making promises all over that he doesn't keep and he is also very very rude. BE VERY CAREFUL FOR HIS SOPPY STORIES.
