This was an extremely rushed no relaxing experience. It’s almost like a sausage factory. Over booked. Unfriendly the******s. It’s was my birthday and I booked for 4 people. We were split. Then they didn’t have a pedi station available to do our pedis. We were left in a waiting room forever until they could accommodate us. Part of our group finished 30 minutes early than us. Terrible experience
Not worth the money. The****** rushed through the massage. Got into the room at 6.15. Was out and in my car at 7.15. I was ****** of 15 mins. Only gave a poor 45 min massage. The****** spent 10 minutes massaging my temples. Really had no idea what she was doing. Used so much of oil. Almost like an oil bath. Terrible. Will not recommend at all.
Logged 2 claims with Auto and general. Neither have a resolution yet. I have been calling their call center since the end of September, Nobody there seems to know what they are doing. I was requested to send digital photos to a company call Straighthrough Procurement solutions who totally messed up my claim. I logged a complaint with Auto and general complaints department. They have ignored the complaint. I call the complaints department and was told that my complaint has not been assigned. This is 5 days later. I requested a manager to call me back on the 7/10/2025. Still waiting for Nisha to get back to me. Was on a call with Kirth Malan - call cut before my issue could be listened too. He didn't bother calling me back. Peggie Bapela was supposed to escalate this and call me back last week. Heard nothing back from her Spoke to Verlene Mashal who was going to escalate the matter. No feed back. Paushia Sibaya was extremely rude to me and refused to get a manager on the call. Long and short is that I had to figure out the the 2 claims were mixed up. They could not even pick up their own error. 13 days later my issue is not resolved. Happy for one of their senior managers to call me to discuss this and manage the the people responsible for this mess. The should look at another assessing company as well.
Pathetic service. requested pics of damage to vehicle and ignored the pics. Did not get back to insurance regarding assessment.
I am desperately seeking assistance, I was with debt Busters in 2023. Had issues with the way they were handling my debt and moved over to Debtability Financial Wellness under the care of Martin Snyman. His email is care@debtability.co.za Cell number is 061 964 5028 or 021 001 8014 Initially he was very responsive. Took calls, gave advise and responded to emails. For the past month he is not responding to questions, My creditors continue calling me and I keep sending mails and messages to him. Standard bank has requested to speak to him. He ignores my plea for him to contact them. They have since issued me with Summons even though I am in Debt Review for the past 2 years. He has delayed the court date as he did not request all the necessary information from me on time. He **** to the attorneys that I did not supply him with it. He never asked. I am with him since May 2023 and have not finalized a court order. I have messaged and email so many times.
We dealt with Vuyie. Excellent sale person. Worked very quickly and efficiently. Very very impressive.
Mohammed installed our system less than 3 months ago now there’s a problem with the system. He refuses to come out and check. Cuts our calls and does not respond. We paid him for new batteries but we are sitting with used batteries which he installed after the initial batteries he put in did not work. He refuses to sort the problem out. He is rude and heartless. He matched a quote I sent him which stated 12 months guarantee. Now refuses to honour this. Even cut the call while my husband was speaking to him. Terrible after sales. Do not use this business as they are hit and run. All Mohammed is interested in is the quick money he makes. What’s the point of paying for the system and 3 months down the line you sitting in darkness during load shedding cos some greedy business man installed poor quality goods that don’t work. I was going to use another company and he convinced me to use him. I should have realised this when he left his guys at my house and disappeared. I had to give his guys money to take a taxi. No explanation as to how the system works as he never came back. You are more than welcome to contact me for a further explanation. Please use reputable companies to do your solar installations as this company is definitely NOT genuine.
I have a red VIP package. My contract is due for upgrade. I have been try to do a deal match with Vodacom for the past 2 weeks. MTN's deals are much better priced. I am absolutely horrified at the manner in which I have been treated by Vodacom. I have spoken to at least 10 call centre agents, Too name a few : Tarita, Phiwo Njovane, Iyanda, Nolwazi Mazibuko. The worst service ever. Seems like Vodacom does not want to retain loyal customers. What shocks me is the fact that I have to call them everyday to upgrade. What happened to customer service, customer retention and good aftersales? MTN has been calling me everyday to offer me deals. I am not even their customer. The Vodacom call center has incompetent staff who are poorly trained. Please can you go back and listen to all the calls I made and analyze how poorly your staff communicate. They make promises and never get back to customers. Its definitely time to change. Watch how MNT takes over all your big contact deals. Too date I know of 13 people who have ported to MTN. I will be 14.
Very poor quality work. Second job I gave them and both times they messed up. Not much correspondence either. There’s a sale executive there Busi who is too busy to respond to customer emails. Sent me poor quality business cards. Made me pay for something that’s not readable. Total disappointed. These are their goal. To rеcоgnіzе thе customer’s rіght tо Quality, Ѕеrvіcеѕ, Τіmеlу Delivery аnd Соѕt (I did not get this) Τо ensure mаxіmum ѕаtіѕfаctіоn to thе clіеnt ( I did not get this) Τо continue tо mаіntаіn ethical prаctіcеѕ, lеgаl, social, pеrѕоnаl cоnѕcіеncе framework ( legal - un readable business cards can not be doing well with your conscience if you are true to yourself.) To еncоurаgе іndіvіduаl growth tо fullеѕt potential To mаіntаіn hіgh degree оf еffіcіеncу and аttаіn іntеrnаtіоnаl standards ( maintains international standards starts with customer satisfaction) I dont believe they will ever achieve these goals as they do not live up to their mission and vision. I am so upset and I have wasted so much time and money with this company. 24 hour printing you are a joke. I will make certain that no one I know uses you. You can also go ahead and read your review. They are shameful.
I bought a BMW from Wayne Williams at Auto Alpina Boksburg. Prior to the sale he promised me a jacket, key ring and a cellphone cover. He also said he would put new mats of my choice in the vehicle. He then presented us with settlement figures on our vehicles and structured a deal around those figures. Our debit orders have gone through and the bank has said that BMW settled with the new figures therefore BMW owes us the money however they are refusing to pay us back. This was such a shady dodgy deal from such a well know dealership. I am in shock. I called BMW SA who doesn't seem to have the power to do anything. We have been done in for about R15000 by the dealership who was promising since last week to send us proof of payment for the refund and is now refusing. The sales person has now turned absolutely sour and has been so rude and unethical to the point of saying he will not spend anymore money giving us gifts that he promised. He said we can do whatever we want and he will post conversations on Facebook. He was threatening me.
