I now understand why there is 100% customer dissatisfaction with Straight Through Turn Key. My experience reveals a pattern of deliberate deception designed to work against the client. After I asked them direct questions about their numerous negative reviews and why they never respond to complaints, I received no answers. Instead, the situation escalated in the most alarming way possible. I received a call from a company named "Auction Nation," which repeatedly and explicitly masqueraded as a towing company. They stated they were coming to collect my vehicle. It is an undeniable fact that Auction Nation is a salvage and auction house, not a towing service. The only way Auction Nation could have my personal details, claim information, and instruction to collect my vehicle is if Straight Through Turn Key provided it to them. This was not a simple mistake; it was a coordinated, deceptive action. When a client asks for accountability, the response should not be to send a salvage company to their door under false pretenses. The complete lack of answers to my professional questions, followed by this *****ulent collection attempt, reveals a company that operates with zero integrity. Do not trust them. Their business model relies on you not asking questions. If you do, they resort to underhanded tactics.

I have been struggling as of the 19th June possibly earlier to get this 3rd party claim sorted out by Auto and General. I have been shunted from post to pillar, delay tactics, emails flat out ignored by Auto and General, called numerous times, sent photos, documents, you name it done it... to get a confirmation that the will reimburse me half of the damages. Which I refused. I never caused the accident so why must I fork out an additional 6k out of my pocket? They then tell me the assessor "BRADLEY at Straight Through" never saw my quotes, which I have proof I sent him. So I had to start the process from the beginning again. Tylo Singh the consultant has been ignoring all my follow up requests for the past 3 + weeks. (Probably as she knows how bad their contractor is, she gave up). I called again today, thinking if I speak to someone else I may have a different outcome. I was told the accessor Bradley at Straight through, is bad with communication, and they continually experience issues with him. So now they will call him and see what the delay is now. I am at my wits end ... as if I did something wrong.. I was then told the assessor will probably make it difficult and I may have to go back to the panel beaters to make them take photos and prove the quote is legit) I mean come on... is there company policy irritate clients and 3rd party claimants to the point they except anything just to get rid of the pain and frustration ?

Claimed from third party insurance after the client drove throw a stop signal and cause me to collide with her, all insurance places in the Teks area quoted R50k and above to repair, Dumisani Sikhwa (Assessor) at Straight Through Assessors quotes R14k to have my car repaired, and he did all his assessment with my wife sending him photos. Tried to explain and reason with the man, but only got a mouth full of BS. No point in reasoning with a well educated man as i was told. Thanks.

I hit a pot hole on 17 January 2021. On 18 January 2021 I informed my insurance and went to change my tyre (could not drive around with a biscuit for 60 kms a day)! Within the week I was told by insurance it would be easier to send photos of the damage to assessors, rather than them assessing the damage in person (first red flag). There was damage to the rim and body of the car. They keep quiet for months- I had to keep contacting them, mid March that is when I do hear the claim was through (second red flag). Imagine I would have been driving around for 2 months with a biscuit!!! I finally get a chance to take the car to the panel beater. Get called one day and told my tyre will be changed as it was approved by the Insurance (AUTO AND GENERAL), I tell them there is no need as I replaced the tyre in Jan- no damage in the 3 months. The change it and send me the bill to pay. Confused by the high cost I enquire with my insurance. They then (ONLY THEN) send me the assessors report wherein lies a "Sundry" R3000 charge (3rd red flag). I was told on Monday 26 April I would be contacted to discuss the assessors report (Insurance told me this). I have not been contacted (4th red flag). The body of my car was not fixed- instead I was fraudulently charged for a tyre change on a brand new tyre!!! Look I want a refund, you guys are insane.

Are you the assessors for Telesure acting on behalf of Budget Insurance ? You are not listed nor does your company Name make sense Straighthrough Assessors nor found on the internet , If you are you have zero interest in your customers , you took digital info regarding damages on my vehicle and whatsapp me to say i must not contact you until you contact me .... and to date i sit and wait for the sky to fall down , you should not be in business if this is how you operate . Your lack of urgency and lack of interest has just annoyed the hell out of me.

Absolute worst experience dealing with this vehicle accessor in conjunction with Iwyse (an equally disappointing customer service experience). Still waiting the approval for vehicle insurance. I get no feedback from Keneilwe Melato @ Straight Through. How is this company allowed to operate with no service delivery??
