Slow responses and unprofessional responses
I had to interact with them due to the Pineapple insurance ,very slow and they don’t even care ,my claim Has been overdue a month and they are delaying the assessor report finalisation so pineapple keeps telling me they are waiting for them…Ran away from insurance company using this 3rd party assessor company

Cumbersome slow claims
The worst ever …my first ever claim was worst and unbearable…I have a logged a claim last month and I am still waiting for their reviewer to review my quote which is a 3rd party company…They are soo slow and I call daily only to be given same feedback …I am cutting ties with these ones …Cheaper qoute doesn’t mean good service ..

Worst Institution to go to :Save your money
Mancosa is the worst institution I have come to .They have no communication,no channels for support and just want to milk money from you .My student advisor was Samantha who was soo active to get me registered but now disappeared when I need her,no response to my emails nothing.Student services don’t reply ,student wellness don’t reply nix .I got 49%(below 59%average for my Assessments and passed the exam with72 ,making it the highest mark on the module on my transcript but I was failed and they want me to redo the course again and pay 7000.I did my undergraduate at UCT and post grad at Milpark and currently an academic lecturer and the institution is below par .If you see this rating just save your money and enrol at institutions which will give your value for your money.The lady at student service name is Lerato ,she even tells students that she is also studying and won’t respond our emails .How is that professional?They pride themselves in quality education but don’t

Worst in the Industry
worst mechanical insurance ever ,I claimed s week ago and they still say they cant see email from their side .I call and no one answers the line that time I have been without a car for 3 weeks now, never use this warranty insurance shame.

Worst service than all coaches,intercape,greyhound and intercity .Dont use at all
The worst bus. The staff is the worst. They are currenly late with like 4hours.I HAVE BEEN in the cold for 4 hours straight and when i chat with them they send me screenshots telling me the bus its approaching. The buses may look nice and staff but the service is the worst and full of incompetent workers.
