DEBT REMOVAL COMPANY (DEBTREFRESH) DISSAPEAR WITH MONEY
GOOD DAY I PAY THIS COMPANY R6000 TO REMOVE MY NAME FROM DEBT REVIEW AFTER A LONG WHILE THE ATTORNEY REPLY TO ME WITH MAIL Dear Mr Ceasar, Our below correspondence refers. Kindly note that a decision has been made by our office to no longer deal or continue with the Debt review removal/rescission applications. We have not invoiced for work that has been done, and do not intend to do so. Should you have a query in this respect, kindly refer same to Debt Refresh. This decision has been made due to the standing legal precedent against these type of applications (which essentially prevents obtaining the relief sought) resulting in many Courts not even considering these applications. Given that the matter is in Atlantis and the strictness of the court and given the Supreme Court Appeal Judgment of Van Vuuren vs. Roetz, it is highly unlikely to bring the application successfully. Further, our out-of-pocket expenses (correspondent attorney fees, photocopies, courier services) for these matters are exceeding the actual agreed fee of R2500.00. Therefore, it is not viable for our office to proceed with these applications. Where it possible for you to settle your debts in full, you may then approach your Debt Counsellor whereby you can request a Clearance certificate free of charge, alternatively approach an attorney of your choosing to attend to the matter at their agreed fee. Should you require the contents of our file to assist you further, kindly request same in writing and a scanned copy will be provided to you at soonest. We trust that you find the above in order and are guided accordingly. Disappointed at DebtRefresh
I had written a complaint about Debt Refresh and the employee called Lesley asked that I remove my complaint as they were taking care of my papers. This company approached me as I was with credit matters and they have promised to remove the tag of being under debt review as I wanted to pay my own debtors. Anthea is the name of the consultant I was talking to her email address is anthea@debtrefresh and her number is 0829947512. Anthea requested that I pay R6000 upfront and I didnt have the money so she said the money can be collected in installments. April was the las month where the money was collected so I asked anthea when is the process starting at which she didnt respond abd I began to ask her if she is scamming me. She became tired of me accusing her and said that she will block me from her phone. She blocked me from her phone and the documents I requested were sent by her colleague Megan Dudley. So after she sent me the documents she said a lawyer will contact me and a lawyer has not contacted me. So I have requested that they give back my money as I no longer want to do business with them. Megan responded and said there will be 75% fees penalty that I will have to incur. The fees penalty were not written in the contract that I signed and I believe these people are scammers. They are charging me 75% yet they have not rendered any services except for collecting money from my account. I do not wish to do business with them I just want my money. Debt Refresh is using the licence of Brownyn Borens 86071924085 NCRDC2904 to render their services. I have also been in contact with Lesley@debtrefresh who has promised me that a lawyer will be in contact me. I am very disappointed at DebtRefresh and I do not wish to do business with them.
