I apply for debt review which was successful approved by magistrates court. My debt review company failed to pay my accounts because the companies call me to request payment. I did stop paying to the debt review company and paid my accounts myself. From the eight accounts there is only two left now of which the one becomes problematic. That account was allocated to someone in Nedbank debt review department to for me . That consultant never answered my email or phone calls for arranging or get statements. At the end of the that account was hand over to external collection company HP Attorneys. NEDBANK clearly states to me they have nothing to do with my account anymore anything l want to do to that account then l must speak to HP Attorneys. My problem l have is that account increases every time l request a statement. Now HPA said l must ask Nedbank about the adjustments to my account. I contacted Nedbank and they said they can't do that to a debt review account. So l just wanted clarification from Nedbank because holding up my settlement process with their deviations Cell 0813302308

Nedbank allocate the account to one of consultants according Nedbank when l call in for statements and they gave me this consultant details but he never rep**** on email or answer my phone calls. At the end of the day Nedbank informed me they handover my account to HP Attorneys. So when l call Nedbank for information on this account they told me they don't deal with this account anymore the attorneys control this account. Anything l wants to know the attorneys must give me answer. Since I started to debt review there was never interest added to this account and according the bank they don't charge interest for judgement accounts. The attorneys and me have an agreement that l will pay R800 a month which l did since day one of the agreement. Recently l requested a statement and see that interests of R1057 will be added every month. So l call the attorney they tell me they Assume but can't tell me straight for what is that interests So what's happening here I will never paying finished because of this interest which they can't explain to me I feel they penalize to much on this account that's why there is no movement on the account. So can you please get Nedbank to explain to me because the attorney can't tell me about the interest
On two occasions l play roulette on Hollywood bets than a technical errors happen then all of a sudden your balances change where they taking your money irregularly when you call them they log a case for investigation but they never pay back the money. They enriched themselves with irregular deductions from your account because what happens to the person who can't call in. The first incident the consultant said she can see l win but my account has not been updated so she log a case and l will hear from them within 72hours two weeks since still nothing and now 3 days ago again. All l want to how many irregular funds they made on this way here is my account number 258547

I top up R70 from my spend limit in October 2022 and request in November 2022 to cancel the and consultant tell me they will canceled it but it will go through for November 2022 so I said fine but every month since that call the R70 appears again and again but im fed up to call in and ask them about the R70 cancelation which never disappeared. I requested for spend limit to be canceled case number 69813078 where they will investigate my cases

you must beware for this company because they forward you a link for your signature then they compile a contract where inform you afterwards they did inform you about like they done with their cancellation policy they don't talk about it in the telephone conversation but want to penalize you when you want to cancel then they mention amounts you never heard before
They seem to send me a link and guide me through the process up to the point where I must gave my signature because the lady they just gonna create a profile for me so when I am not happy then will cancel the profile . They send me after that a contract where I see if I want to cancel I must pay R600. I contacted them and they have an attitude and refuse to cancel my profile. They already created a Debi check for the 27th of this month which is a concern for me. So why they don't want to cancel and they answer my calls
