I had ordered groceries at 9am to be delivered before 2 and 3pm. Delivery guy didn’t come on time and he was running late. So he arrived at 16:45 I told him to give me few minutes and asked him to be understanding. He told me he is way past his office time and he just made an effort to come to deliver to me as if he wasn’t supposed to deliver. I T then told him I am going down went downstairs after 5 minutes and the delivery guy was no where to be found he left with my groceries. I sent him a voice note he simply ignored me. This is not the first time my delivery is delayed or even delivered days after I have ordered. I am disappointed with the service that PicknPay provides
What a bad experience I paid the customs and Vat twice using my card and the company says they didn’t receive it. I paid again using EFT. Now I want my money to be returned but there is no one to talk to. The calls are not being answered and no Robot on WhatsApp. The delivery guy call already outside I told him I will be home in 5 minutes and he left without delivering. This is very poor service from a delivery company
I paid money for the customs twice on the 27 January. They called to say they didn’t receive the money. I made another payment today and sent proof of payment still sending me the same message that they didn’t receive the payment not even acknowledging my proof of payment. Is this how they ***** people’s money acting like they don’t see card payments and requesting proof of payments when they know that you can’t get proof of payment if you did the website payment
Providing terrible service. My network keeps on dropping and no one is attending to my query. They sell people dreams.
I ordered online the money was taken but my order was cancelled. I contacted them via WhatsApp and no one is assisting me.
I am very disappointed at NCR. I have a written to them about a business that scammed me. I have provided all the information and evidence that I have been scammed. Instead they keep on asking me to complete those complaint application forms a hundred times and explain to them what has happened. They keep on giving me new consulting who ask the same questions and never take any actions. I am really disappointed I do feel like we as clients we are not protected from business that are scams and are using NCR under their name and they get away with all their dirty business. So disappointing
Bad service from consultants. I called in on the 21 of June for my Insurance to be cancelled. The insurance was not cancelled a debit order went off on the 25 of June. I called again today to cancel the insurance and reverse my money, the consultant hang up while I was talking to them. I am very unhappy with the services that has been provided by Discovery Insure its unprofessional and rude.
I had written a complaint about Debt Refresh and the employee called Lesley asked that I remove my complaint as they were taking care of my papers. This company approached me as I was with credit matters and they have promised to remove the tag of being under debt review as I wanted to pay my own debtors. Anthea is the name of the consultant I was talking to her email address is anthea@debtrefresh and her number is 0829947512. Anthea requested that I pay R6000 upfront and I didnt have the money so she said the money can be collected in installments. April was the las month where the money was collected so I asked anthea when is the process starting at which she didnt respond abd I began to ask her if she is scamming me. She became tired of me accusing her and said that she will block me from her phone. She blocked me from her phone and the documents I requested were sent by her colleague Megan Dudley. So after she sent me the documents she said a lawyer will contact me and a lawyer has not contacted me. So I have requested that they give back my money as I no longer want to do business with them. Megan responded and said there will be 75% fees penalty that I will have to incur. The fees penalty were not written in the contract that I signed and I believe these people are scammers. They are charging me 75% yet they have not rendered any services except for collecting money from my account. I do not wish to do business with them I just want my money. Debt Refresh is using the licence of Brownyn Borens 86071924085 NCRDC2904 to render their services. I have also been in contact with Lesley@debtrefresh who has promised me that a lawyer will be in contact me. I am very disappointed at DebtRefresh and I do not wish to do business with them.
I have a call from a lady called anthea on the 03rd of February she said she works for New Debt plan initially and got my bank details. They sent me this Notification This notification serves to confirm that I Siphosethu Poswana, with id number 9206170745081, gave consent to New Debt Plan on 2022-02-03 to request/obtain a Experian Credit report on my behalf with the objective to perform an affordability assessment relating to my current Debt exposure" to deduct money from my account saying they will remove the tag from my name. I have tried to contact her and now she says she works for Debt Refresh. She doesn't give me direct answers as when the lawyers will contact me.
I have requested the company to cancel their services with me but I have not received any feedback from the company. They took the money on the 25 but have not paid my debtors as promised. I do not wish to do business with credit matters anymore
