Substandard couch

I bought a couch in April 2021 and when I try to sit on the couch I fall inside as if the couch is hollow inside. It’s as if people have been using the couch for years. The legs came broken and the plank they put on the side of the couch look like they have been there for years. How I lost my R8999 to substandard couch. People are laughing at me about this couch.
